Is Bandhon free for people in Dhaka?

Can I look for a partner from a particular district?

How do I know the person I am talking to is real?
Every member must verify their identity before sending interests or messages. They photograph the front of their NID and record a short selfie video in which they blink, and Bandhon matches the face on its own servers. Verified members show a badge, and their name and date of birth come from the NID. One NID can verify only one account.
